This policy outlines the terms and conditions for submitting research or articles to Aimfluance LLC's CARQI. By submitting their work, contributors agree to comply with these terms.

Ownership and Rights: You confirm that you are the original author or have the necessary rights to submit the content, including all intellectual property rights. You affirm that the content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights, and is not plagiarized.

Content Review and Compliance: By submitting, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Aimfluance LLC's content policy and agree to comply with it. Aimfluance LLC reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Confidentiality: Submissions should not contain confidential or proprietary information unless you have obtained the necessary permissions for such disclosure. Aimfluance LLC does not guarantee confidentiality or non-disclosure of submitted materials.

License Grant: By submitting your content, you grant Aimfluance LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, distribute, display, and share the content across its platforms and related materials for educational, promotional, and informational purposes.

No Liability: Aimfluance LLC does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content submitted. Aimfluance LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the submission or use of the content, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Aimfluance LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your submission, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of privacy.

Modifications

• Aimfluance LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to speakers, and continued participation in the conference constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

• If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Governing Law

• This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Acknowledgment of Policies

• By submitting your research or article for CARQI and agreeing to participate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Submission Policy, Privacy Policy, and the main Terms & Conditions Policy.
